Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Cancellations
Use our contact us page to initiate order change or cancellation. Provide the order number.
Please expedite the request. Orders once shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
A cancellation charge of Rs. 50 applies.
If the product is returned undelivered, a charge of Rs. 200 will be applied.
Returns
Helium products are not returnable.
However, Helium will accept return or exchange if the product was broken or damaged during transit.
Steps to initiate return
1. Raise a request by writing to us from our contact us page with a subject line “Return Order #XXXXX”, and a brief description of why you wish to return the product. All requests should be received within 8 days of receipt of the product.
2. We might ask for pictures of product being returned.
3. Once Confirmed, We will reply back with further instruction.
Helium does not cover the cost for return shipping.
Exchange
To exchange your order please return products using the conditions and method above. Then, place a new order with your preferred items.
