Cancellations
Use our contact us page to initiate order change or cancellation. Provide the order number.
Please expedite the request. Orders once shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
Returns
Helium will accept return or exchange request under the following conditions
1. The product was broken or damaged during transit
2. You are trying to return an unopened product.
Steps to initiate return
1. Raise a request by writing to us from our contact us page with a subject line “Return Order #XXXXX”, and a brief description of why you wish to return the product.
2. We might ask for pictures of product being returned.
3. Once Confirmed, We will reply back with further instruction.
Helium does not cover the cost for return shipping.
Exchange
To exchange your order please return your unwanted products using the method above and place a new order with your preferred items.
