Cardinal Wax has a satin-like feel to it. Drawing the product leaves a clean finger pit mark which means that product is not tacky or messy to use. Its dry in application and gets transferred to hair easily with few strokes of hands. HOW TO USE
Rub a small amount between palms, rake through hair and cover hair evenly. Works on wet, damp or dry hair. Get the best matte finish on dried hair.
Doubles up as a prestyler. Use it before blowdrying and as a foundation for the final finishing product application.
FRAGRANCE
Cardinal has an energizing refreshing fragrance made up of lush fruits with ozone notes and warm musk notes on a sweet vanilla amber base. The fragrance is premium perfume-like.
